A Note on Storytelling & Privacy
Many of the people we serve have experienced disaster, hardship, or are in substance use recovery. We are honored to share their stories – but only with their consent and dignity front and center. To protect the privacy and safety of homeowners and program participants, all interviews, photos, and site visits involving them are arranged through our office. We ask that reporters not approach clients, worksites, or homes directly without coordinating with us first. Thank you for helping us honor the trust our clients and neighbors place in us.
