In East Kentucky, family means just about everything. That’s why we want to be sure to offer options for folks to honor those they love in the best ways they know how. Your tax-deductible gift bearing your loved one’s name helps eastern Kentucky families in need of high quality, affordable homes. An affordable home helps build financial stability for a family, and in turn, makes our communities stronger, potentially impacting generations of eastern Kentuckians.
When you make a gift in memory, we will send you a card or email (whichever you prefer) to let you know we have received the gift and that it has been designated in your family member, friend, or loved one’s name. The gift will also be acknowledged in our Annual Report. If the donor of a memorial gift specifies a purpose for the gift, the donor’s instructions will be followed to the extent possible. Typically, memorial gifts are added to our Annual Fund, which are used to fund our greatest needs.
When you make a gift in honor, we will send your family member, friend, or loved one a custom-made card by mail to let them know that a gift has been given in their name. (The amount of the gift is not revealed.) If you wish to remain anonymous in the giving of this gift, please let us know. The gift will also be acknowledged in our Annual Report. Gifts in honor are added to our Annual Fund, which are used to fund our greatest needs.
