Online donations are processed securely through Network for Good, our third-party donation platform. HDA does not store full credit card or bank information on our servers. All online transactions are encrypted while in transit.
Third-Party Service Providers
HDA may use trusted third-party vendors (such as donation processors or email platforms) to carry out essential operations. These vendors are required to use donor information only as necessary to provide services to HDA and to protect that information appropriately.
Donor Bill of Rights
HDA adheres to the Donor Bill of Rights developed by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), which affirms that donors have the right to transparency, confidentiality, respectful engagement, and responsible stewardship of their gifts.
