Volunteer Group Registration Form
This form is intended for group leaders registering a volunteer group.
Thank you for your interest in serving with the Housing Development Alliance’s Hands to Homes volunteer program in Eastern Kentucky. We are grateful for your willingness to partner with us and look forward to welcoming your group.
Please have your Group Leader complete and submit this form. Group registrations are accepted on a rolling basis and are scheduled based on availability.
To complete your group’s registration:
• Submit this Group Volunteer Registration Form
• Complete the Construction Information Form (PDF) and email it to janie@hdahome.org
• Submit a $50 deposit per volunteer by the deadline provided by our Volunteer & Community Coordinator

Payment Options
You may submit:

The $50 deposit only (remaining balance paid upon arrival), or
-
The full volunteer fee ($50 deposit + $200 participation fee per volunteer)

If you are participating in the Ultimate House Raising Challenge, volunteer fees are waived.
- Local Volunteer groups do not pay a fee.
Please note: Your dates are not held until deposits are received.
